What is changing?

Over time, certain equipment manufacturers no longer support or simply cannot keep up with industry changes which means that technology can become obsolete. Because of this, the TV service we provide you has become limited and enhancing those services is not available.

For these reasons, we will discontinue our existing TV services on May 15, 2019 and are providing you with an alternative TV offering.

Note, you can continue to expect our same great Internet and telephone service. You can keep the same, great quality and customer support for those services from Cascade Networks.

What do I need to do?

We’re making it easy for you to update your TV. Through our partnership with DISH Network, simply call 1-888-347-4743 and one of DISH’s knowledgeable team members will walk you through the various options they have to offer. Be sure to mention “Offer Code: WAVE200” to receive a $200 gift card* with this offer.

What do I do with my current video equipment?

Once your DISH services have been installed, you can just drop off your equipment at our retail store location at your convenience. We are located at 1111 11th Ave, Longview, WA 98632.
