Your email server upgrade has been completed

At Astound Broadband powered by Wave, our goal is to provide you with reliable services that you love. As part of this effort, we wanted to let you know that your email account has been moved to a new server. This move brings you greater stability with your email experience.

How this impacts you

Your email account was migrated on March 28th. Rest assured, your entire inbox, all contacts, and calendar entries have been retained, so you still have access to the same messages and information you had before the migration.

For Webmail users, you will now go to to access your email. Here, you will find a greatly improved user interface for easier inbox navigation, contact list management, and more modern, intuitive control of your email experience.

For all other email users, continue to log in with your existing apps and browsers, using the same username and password as before the migration.
